Resolution for bug number 417

- Added a figlet for the current time and date, To help determine, when an actual ISO is built.

What was wrong?: the 32 bit ISO's were failing.

What was causing the issue? : the 32 bit architecture chroot was not getting created while debbotstrap
was running. Instead a 64 bit chroot was getting created. More details on bugzilla

How the issue was resolved: a separate flag telling `lb config` to make configuration for i386 architecture
is added.

Tested: Yes, Works as expected.

This merge request resolves a few of the bugs and issues.

Doing the change in the calamares-settings-hamara package instead

This changes the default shell for the newly added user by changing the value for SHELL to bash.

I have now added `lvm2` to the package lists, so that the logical volume management support is

hamara-sugam: tools.list: Add gnome-system-tools

Hamara-Sugam lacks the feature of adding Users and Groups via GUI.
gnome-system-tools is the package required for managing Users and
groups, Date and time, Network options, Services and Shares.
Hamara-Sugam's missing feature was a result of nihility of this package.
Add the package to the tools list to be installed in chroot stage to fix
this issue.

Possible side effects of this patch: None
