hamara-sugam: tools.list: Add gnome-system-tools

Hamara-Sugam lacks the feature of adding Users and Groups via GUI. gnome-system-tools is the package required for managing Users and groups, Date and time, Network options, Services and Shares. Hamara-Sugam's missing feature was a result of nihility of this package.

  • Add the package to the tools list to be installed in chroot stage to fix this issue.

Possible side effects of this patch: None
