Launching Software Centre requires data like icons, etc which is normally fetched by `apt update`. `apt update` reads release file, creates icons accordingly, etc. We're using `reprepro` for our purpose and it does not work like that. We need to figure out a way to feed all the data to `reprepro`.


## Release of Hamara Sugam

- Anticipated date: **15 July 2018**
- Requires event planning
- Deadline for fixing bugs is this week
- Plan to move forward with next release soon after this one


## Dhanesh's suggestions for meetings
- Proposed medium for communication: **IRC connect**
- Use a bot called *meetbot* to log everything

### Pros
- People do not have to manually type the MoM
- No time shall be wasted trying to communicate and connect


# Miscellaneous

- We should have a review team for wiki and blogs

*Raju*

- Currently we're hosting blogs on a wordpress site so somebody has to add a blog post everytime from admin panel
- We could have a git repo where people can contribute well formatted articles

# Suggestions

- Everybody could be more prepared before the meetup e.g. check headphones and internet connection
- Audio meetings are more beneficial so IRC chat meeting should be avoided

- We should have audio meetings once in a while say every 15 days
- For regular meetings, we should go for something like IRC connect to save time
- Meetings should be held on **Monday *and* Thursday**

- We could use <app_name> for audio-only meetings
