Replace the logo with a well-padded SVG logo and change sidebar colours

- The Calamares Installer now follows the Hamara style guide for the
colours on the sidebar

- Now all packages will build on two architectures, amd64 and i386

- changed the compat level and decription as per debian policy

also this package has no docs to install as done by that option

- changed the description to satisfy lintian

be it tar.xz or tar.gz

- disabled the passing of artifacts between stages

- Added the allow failure option, so as to enable completing of the full pipeline,
  even if the intermmediate jobs fail.
